Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item, a defective product, or damage upon arrival).

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at customerservice@ovvel.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
